Can I cancel my order?
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with Customer Care (email@example.com) as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it. No cancellation once the order is processed.
Mode of transfer of payments:

Can I return my Orders?
Typically, delivered orders cannot currently be returned. Of course, this does not apply in cases of transport damages, Late Delivery, product/s not matching specifications, and manufacturing defects for which Wolfregalos.com or a third-party provider can be held accountable. Please inspect all goods carefully on delivery and immediately inform our customer service (email@example.com) if you detect any damages or defects within 2 working days of receiving the order. We will replace the damaged item/s in cases of transport damages, product/s not matching specifications and manufacturing defects for which a third-party provider or we can be held accountable. In other cases, our friendly customer service will help you handling issues.
Damage Claims or Shortages Important Notice
Any claims for damage and/or shortages MUST be reported in 2 working days without exception. Be sure to check your deliveries upon receipt. Product not working as per specification shall be reported within 2 working days of receipt. Problem with electric products are covered under manufacturer warranty.

We will pay for return shipping only when products delivered are defective, damaged or the wrong product was received from what was ordered.
